Speed takes time and plenty of repetition. I recommend using a metronome daily, gradually increasing the tempo. Please be aware that speed tends to come in spurts. You may get faster daily for a week and then be stuck on the same speed for 2 weeks. Don't give up though, just a speed bump you can get as fast as you want.
