So for beat two you want to move your index finger up one whole step to A (5th fret of E string). Repeat what you did with beat one, down pick then pull off to the open E and then play open E twice with a down and up stroke. Beat 3 will be the Bb on your 6th fret and B on beat four will be on the 7th fret.
